What Disc Golfers Are Buying Over the Last 4 Weeks: Jan 25, 2026 Roundup

Midway through winter, the DiscList rankings have gone full hibernation. For the four weeks leading up to 25 January 2026, not a single disc in the Top 10 moved an inch. If you’re picturing a row of plastic sentinels frozen at attention, you’re not far off.

Immovable Objects or Irresistible Choices?

The most curious part? We’re not talking lukewarm sellers hovering in mediocrity. These are beloved moulds moving briskly off shelves — just with eerily consistent volume. The Discraft Buzzz OS remains planted at #1, managing the rare feat of being both a niche midrange and an unpredictable best-seller. Either everyone’s throwing into headwinds this month or we’re seeing second-wave loyalty from those who missed the early craze.

The Axiom Standoff

Positions two, three, and five are all Axiom territory, with the Crave, Hex, and Pixel forming a satisfyingly symmetrical cluster. It’s as if Axiom fans looked at each other and said, ‘Right, we’ve sorted it — nobody touch anything.’ The Crave, ever the quiet achiever, may owe its position to sheer versatility. It’s fair to say that for many bag setups, it’s become the default answer to everything between 250 and 325 feet.

MVP’s Quiet Quantity

MVP had no need to flash anything new to dominate this round. With the Glitch (#6), Trail (#8), and Wave (#10) all standing firm, they’ve stealthily clocked more Top 10 placements than anyone else. It’s like a magician returning to the table with the same three tricks, and somehow no one’s bored yet. Or more accurately, everyone’s still buying tickets.

Brand Loyalty or Disc Fatigue?

No breakout discs this month. Literally none. And that makes one wonder — have we reached peak bag stability, or are players simply overwhelmed by choices? Paradox of choice be damned, it seems the market has defaulted to familiar favourites. There’s something delightfully irrational about flocking back to discs we already trust just when we promised ourselves we’d try something new in 2026. Ah well, maybe next month.

Looking Ahead

If this is the calm before a plastic storm, then February might bring chaos. With new runs and signature editions lurking on the horizon, expect a few stalemates to break. Until then, it’s stability all the way down. See you next month — unless the discs finally move before then.
